Put the tofu in a bowl, and microwave for 1 minute at 500 W. Drain the water.
Pour the soy milk and mentsuyu into the bowl, and add the sliced cheese on top of the tofu.
Microwave for 1 minute at 500 W, sprinkle with ground sesame seeds and it's done.
Another variation If you like spicy food, it tastes good with a dollop of ra-yu (chili sesame oil).
Story Behind this Recipe
I thought soy milk would go well with warm tofu.
I used 2x concentrate mentsuyu. Please adjust the strength to taste You can use either white or black sesame seeds. I used both for the one in the profile photo. I microwaved the tofu twice to warm it through. But if that's too much trouble for you, you can omit Step 1.
