Chicken thigh meat

Soy sauce
1 tablespoon

Chicken soup stock granules
2/3 teaspoons
Sesame oil
1 teaspoon
Salt and pepper
to taste


1. Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces. Add all the flavoring ingredients and mix well (leave to marinate for at least 10 minutes).
2. Coat with katakuriko (not listed).
3. Deep fry until a deep golden brown at 170°C.
4. Fried to a nice light and crispy finish!
