Garlic Scapes and Pork Belly Fried in Oyster Sauce

The garlic leaves have a gentle aroma and a soft, sweet taste. Easy and delicious!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Garlic scapes
4-5
Chopped pork belly
150g-170g
Enoki mushrooms
1/2 bunch
Salt and pepper
a small amount
Sake
2 tablespoons
Oyster sauce
2 tablespoons
Sesame oil
1 teaspoon

Steps

1. Wash the garlic scapes. Chop the leaves into 3-4cm pieces and the stems diagonally. Slice the pork into easy to eat pieces. See step 4 for tips on using the mushrooms.
2. Coat a pan with sesame oil, lightly season the pork with salt and pepper, and fry. Add the garlic and mushrooms and fry some more.
3. When it's done, add the sake and oyster sauce, and fry it all together over a high heat. This goes nicely with rice!
