[Farm House Recipe] Bean Sprouts and Miso Pork Rice Bowl

I used bean sprouts, which helps recover from fatigue. This is an easy dish to prepare.

Ingredients: 2 to 3 servings

Bean sprouts
2 packets
Thinly sliced pork belly
100 g
Garlic (finely chopped)
1 clove
Ginger (finely chopped)
1 small piece
Sesame oil
1 tablespoon
Green onions or scallions
Plain cooked rice
2~3 small bowls
Soy sauce, sake
1 teaspoon each
1 tablespoon
B (mix well)
Red miso, soy sauce, sake
1 tablespoon of each
Oyster sauce
1/2 tablespoon
1/2 teaspoon
Chinese soup stock
100 ml
Salt and pepper
To taste


1. Wash the bean sprouts under running water and drain in a colander. Cut the pork belly into bite sizes and mix with the A seasoning ingredients.
2. Put the sesame oil, garlic and ginger in a pan and heat. Fry over low heat until it the oil is infused.
3. Add the seasoned pork to the pan and fry.
4. Add the bean sprouts and fry for 2 minutes over high heat.
5. Add the [B] ingredients and fry for 2 minutes. Done. The sauce is thickened by the katakuriko on the pork.
6. Transfer Step 5 on top of the rice. Garnish with chopped green onions.
