Manila Clam Tsukudani

Preparing delicious tsukudani is easy if you use the simmering sauce with my golden ratio of seasoning ingredients.


De-shelled Manila clams
1 package
Ginger (shredded)
2 pieces
Sesame oil
1 tablespoon

1. Give the Manila clams a quick rinse. Drizzle a bit of sesame oil into a small saucepan, add in the Manila clams and ginger, and lightly sauté over medium heat.
2. Add the broth ingredients to Step 1 while referencing Recipe ID: 1056953. Cover with a drop lid and boil down until there is no more broth, and it is done.
