Mix either all of ○ for sauce ① or all of ● for sauce ② beforehand. Whether or not you add in the cashews to sauce ① is up to you.
Arrange your favorite vegetable onto a plate.
Season the pork with salt and pepper, and coat in katakuriko.
Heat up a generous amount of oil in a frying pan, and fry until crispy on both sides.
After it has become crispy, get rid of the grease with a paper towel.
Pile the pork on top of the vegetables, top with the sauce, and it is done.

There are lots of sauce recipes, so I thought up a meat recipe that goes great with any dressing.
This is delicious if you make it with the sauce in the recipe or top minced green onions (or chives) with store-bought ponzu sauce. Feel free to coordinate it with the meal you are planning that day. This is also delicious cold if you thoroughly drain the grease.
