All-Purpose Dressing Crispy Stir-Fry Pork In a Fragrant Sauce

Enjoy some crispy stir-fried pork topped with a fragrant sauce. This recipe is also delicious with vegetables.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Pork (anything such as pork bits or pork belly)
200 g
Salt and pepper
a small amount
Katakuriko
as needed
Vegetables you like
as needed
Sauce ① (Fragrant Sauce):
○Japanese Leek (finely chopped)
5~10 cm
○Garlic (finely chopped)
1 clove
○Ginger (minced)
1 clove
○(If desired) Crushed peanuts or Cashews (optional)
as desired
○Soy sauce
4 tablespoons
○Vinegar
3 tablespoons
○Sugar
2 tablespoons
○Sesame oil
1 tablespoon
Sauce ② (Spicy Fragrant Sauce):
●All of the ○ side from the cashews
All of it
●Oyster sauce
2 teaspoons
●Doubanjiang, ra-yu
1/2 teaspoon of each

Steps

1. Mix either all of ○ for sauce ① or all of ● for sauce ② beforehand. Whether or not you add in the cashews to sauce ① is up to you.
2. Arrange your favorite vegetable onto a plate.
3. Season the pork with salt and pepper, and coat in katakuriko.
4. Heat up a generous amount of oil in a frying pan, and fry until crispy on both sides.
5. After it has become crispy, get rid of the grease with a paper towel.
6. Pile the pork on top of the vegetables, top with the sauce, and it is done.
