Use the bread maker to make the dough up to the rising. Microwave the butter to melt it, and microwave the milk to warm it up to about 40℃. Add in the ingredients, and start the dough mode.
Make the stewed apples. Peel the apples, and cut into 1cm thick small pieces. Add the ingredients to a pot, cover with a drop-lid, and stew.
Turn off the heat once the juices have evaporated. When the dough is ready, take it out of the bread maker and put it on a cutting board.Punch it down and roll it out to the size of the cutting board.
Roll out the dough evenly, spread out the apples, and roll the dough up from the front. Cut into 12 equal portions, and place two apiece into aluminum baking cups.
Use your oven's bread-rising setting for the final rising, at 40℃ for 30 minutes. Sprinkle the dough with granulated sugar once it has doubled in size. Bake at 170℃ for 20 minutes.
Keep an eye on the color, cover with aluminum foil, and bake for an additional 20 minutes. The fluffy apple bread is now done.
Story Behind this Recipe
I wanted to do something in return for my relatives, so I made these. They have a job that involves driving, so I made bread so that they could snack on it when they got hungry.
The bread will rise nicely if you use the milk after warming it up a bit. Set aside a little of the whisked egg and coat the surface of the bread with it before baking. Sprinkle with granulated sugar to make it turn out pretty.
