Easy to Make in Your Microwave! Simmered Tofu with Tempura Crumbs

Tofu
1/2 block
Tempura crumbs
1 handful
Egg
1
Green onion
as desired
Broth
Water
100 ml
Dashi stock granules
1/2 teaspoon
Soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon
Mirin
1/2 tablespoon

Steps

1. Cut tofu into 6-8 pieces, and place in a dish. Mix broth ingredients.
2. Put the broth in the dish, add the tempura crumbs, and microwave it for 2-2.5 minutes (600 W).
3. Take it out from microwave, add a broken egg, wrap it in cellophane, and microwave it again for 30-40 seconds. Top with green onions!
