This is so easy - just mix everything in one bowl. This is a mild and rich baked cheesecake.

Ingredients: 18 cm cake pan

Cream cheese
200 g
70 g
Plain flour
3 tablespoons
Heavy cream
150 g
Lemon juice
To preference
50 g


1. Make the crust: Place the biscuits into a Ziplock bag and break up with a rolling pin into powder.
2. Add melted butter to the crumbled biscuits and mix well.
3. Pack the biscuits into a mold covered in parchment paper, pressing down firmly Let it sit in the fridge.
4. Add cream cheese and sugar to a bowl and whisk. (Return the cream cheese to room temperature or soften slightly the microwave).
5. Add eggs to the bowl and mix some more.
6. Add flour, and mix some more.
7. Add heavy cream Add lemon juice as well.
8. Mix well.
9. Pour into the mold Lightly tap to remove the air.
10. Bake in an oven at 170°C for 45 minutes and it's done . (The baking time will vary on your oven.)
11. Let sit in the fridge overnight, and it'll be so delicious the next day.
12. I used this cream cheese.
13. I used these biscuits.
14. These are 36 bite sized pieces . (Bake in an 18 cm pan, and cut 6 times horizontally and vertically ). I recommend this for when you have lots of guests or for children .
