Cheap Fish Transformed! Kyoto Saikyo Miso-style Grilled Haddock

Buy some cheap fish filets and make a bunch of these to stock up on! Just store them in the freezer and then grill them up when you want to eat them. This will go great with any fish!

Ingredients: 2 filets

Haddock
2 filets
☆Miso
2 tablespoons
☆Shiro-dashi
3 tablespoons
☆Sugar (I used crystal sugar)
1 tablespoon

Steps

1. Place the ☆ ingredients into a resealable plastic bag and combine.
2. At this time, taste and adjust the flavor as necessary.
3. Place the haddock into the plastic bag from Step 1 and let it marinate.
4. The photo shows the haddock after 3 days.
5. Grill by using a fish grill, oven, or toaster oven.
6. If you have the time and plan to make a bunch to freeze, just put in the freezer while marinating in the plastic bag.
