Garlic Grilled Brussels Sprouts

Brussels sprouts go so perfectly with olive oil! Grilling the sprouts brings out the sweetness and makes them so tasty.

Ingredients: 3 to 4 servings

Brussels sprouts
1 clove
Olive oil
4 tablespoons
20 g
1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper
to taste


1. Wash the sprouts and cut off the root ends. Finely chop the shallots and garlic. Preheat the oven to 190 ℃.
2. Add olive oil and butter to an oven-safe skillet, heat on medium heat, add the shallots and garlic, and cook until fragrant.
3. Add the brussels sprouts and sauté‎ until the oil is well distributed.
4. Put the skillet into the oven and grill for 20 minutes. I recommend shaking the pan halfway through grilling and turning over the sprouts. If you don't have a skillet that can fit in your oven, transfer to an oven-safe dish instead.
