In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Cut the chocolate into small size pieces and add to the mixture along with the tea leaves.
Add the beaten egg and milk little by little and combine. Add the olive oil and combine until the dough come together.
Make dough balls with hands and push down to make disks. Bake in the 200℃ preheated oven for 15 minutes, and they are done!
It's good with white chocolate too.
Story Behind this Recipe
I made these for a potluck lunch using the ingredients I had on hand. They were very popular.
I used bite- size cubed chocolate and earl grey tea leaves, Please ingredients that you like. When shaping, please make sure that the disks are at least 1cm thick. That way they will look nicer when baked.
