Shrimp & Mayonnaise with Homemade Condensed Milk

This is a sweet and mild shrimp with mayonnaise dish that children love.
The tender shrimp and sweet mayonnaise sauce pair well with rice.

Shrimp
300-400 g
Asparagus
4 stalks
Sweet mayonnaise sauce
Mayonnaise
4 tablespoons
Milk
2 tablespoons
Ketchup
1 teaspoon
Salt, pepper, lemon juice

4 minute condensed milk made in the microwave

Steps

1. Peel the shrimps, cut open the backs widely and remove the veins. Season with salt, pepper and sake.
2. Place all the mayonnaise sauce ingredients in a bowl and them. Steam the asparagus in the microwave and set aside.
3. Dust the dried shrimp lightly with katakuriko and fry until crisp. Drizzle the mayonnaise sauce and the dish is done.
