Easy Boiled Egg♪

Once the water boils, turn the heat off, and just leave it.
It will turn into perfect boiled eggs just by leaving them in the water. ♪

Ingredients: 2 servings



1. Put the eggs in a pan with enough water to cover them, and put on a high heat. Once the water comes to a boil, turn off the heat, and leave the pan as it is, with the lid on.
2. After 10 minutes, immediately put the eggs in cold water. Cool them thoroughly. Once cooled, peel the egg and it's done.

Story Behind this Recipe

I learned this method from an American granny in my neighbourhood. I adjusted the length of time to leave the egg.
It's also so easy to peel the egg using this method.
