Super Easy Komatsuna Tossed with Grated Daikon Radish

All you need to do is parboil, grate, and mix. It's totally easy, and totally delicious. It's good with a lot of grated daikon.

Ingredients

Komatsuna
1
Grated daikon radish
10 cm
Soy sauce (preferably usukuchi)
to taste (1-2 tablespoons)
Vinegar (to use if the daikon radish is too spicy)
a splash (about 1 teaspoon)

Steps

1. Parboil the komatsuna (or microwave until tender). Squeeze out the excess water, then cut into 2-3 cm lengths.
2. Grate the daikon radish.
3. Combine the komatsuna with the grated daikon, and mix in soy sauce.

Story Behind this Recipe

This is something I make when daikon radish is on sale.
