Delicious Vegetable Miso Nabe (Hot Pot)

I don't need to use store-bought hot pot seasoning base anymore.
Anyone can make this miso nabe quickly and easily.
This dish will help you eat lots of vegetables!!

Ingredients: 4 servings

Pork offcuts
200 g
Cabbage
1/2
Carrot
1
Potatoes
3 medium
Green onion or scallion

Enoki mushrooms
1 packet
Aburaage
2 slices
Wiener sausages

Soup
Mix of red and white miso
3 tablespoons
Soy sauce
1 teaspoon
Chicken stock granules
10 g
Water
1300 ml
Garlic
1 clove

Steps

1. Cut all the vegetables and meat into bite-sized pieces.
2. Pour the water into an earthenware pot and bring to a boil. Add the chicken stock, miso, and soy sauce. Make sure the miso is dissolved completely.
3. Add the ingredients to the pot, starting with the ones that take longer to cook. Potatoes, carrots, meat, enoki mushrooms, aburaage, cabbage, green onions.
4. Heat over medium heat for about 10 minutes. When everything is cooked through, mix in the grated garlic and it's done.
