Super Easy Rich Kabocha Pudding Cake with Pancake Mix

It's like pudding and also like a cake. It's delicious chilled. It's super easy if you have a electric mixer or food processor.

Ingredients: 18 cm round cake pan

Milk
300 ml
Cooked kabocha
150 g (without skin and seeds)
Sugar
80 g
Pancake mix
50 g
Margarine
50 g
Eggs

Steps

1. 【Prep】① Preheat the oven to 355F/180℃. ② Coat the mold with oil and sprinkle flour or line with parchment paper.
2. Combine all the ingredients with a electric mixer or a food processor. Pour the batter into the mold.
3. Bake in the oven for 45~50 minutes.☆ Chill in the refrigerator well and enjoy.♪
4. This is cooked in a rice cooker. Run the rice cooker twice. It's nicely done.
