Great for Busy Days! Garlic Pork Soy Sauce Stir-Fry

This is a delicious and easy dish that's great for when you're busy and have no energy to come up with a dinner menu.

Thinly cut pork (your choice of cut such as thigh or belly)
○Salt and pepper
a small amount
○Garlic (thinly sliced)
1-2 cloves
○Soy sauce
1 1/2-2 tablespoons
○Vegetable oil (to mix in)
1/2-1 tablespoon
Vegetable oil (for frying)
1 tablespoon

1. Cut the pork into desired sizes, place in a bowl, and season with sat and pepper. Next, add the soy sauce and garlic and rub everything in well.
2. Stir the pork in the vegetable oil marked ○ just before stir-frying. This will help the pieces of pork separate easily.
3. Heat the remaining amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan. If you have the energy, fry up any accessible slices of garlic.
4. Finally, fry up the pork. Then you're finished!
5. By the way, the green vegetable in the picture is Chinese water spinach. I fried it in the same pan right after the frying the meat.
