You Can Eat Lots of Brightly Colored Vegetables with this Carrot and Bell Pepper Stir-fry

Ingredients: 4 servings

Green bell peppers

Carrot
1/2
Vegetable oil
to taste
Seasonings
◎ Soy sauce
2 teaspoons
◎ Water
2 teaspoons
◎Honey (or sugar if unavailable)
1 teaspoon
◎ Sake
1 teaspoon
◎ Dashi stock granules
1/2 teaspoon

Steps

1. Julienne the carrot.
2. Julienne the green bell peppers.
3. Mix the seasoning ingredients and microwave.
4. Pour vegetable oil in a pan and saute the carrot and green bell pepper over high heat.
5. When the vegetables are soft and start to char, pour in the seasoning! Stir fry it quickly and it is done.
6. You could just use green bell pepper and omit the carrots.
