Thinly sliced pork

Atsuage

Soy sauce

Steps

1. Roughly cut the pork and kimchi. Blanch the atsuage. Beat the eggs.
2. Heat a frying pan, pour in a little vegetable oil, and stir-fry the pork. When it's cooked through, add the atsuage while crumbling it with your hands.
