Just Marinate Pickled Radishes

These pickled radishes have a beautiful pink color.
All you need to do is cut and marinate! They are sweet, sour, and delicious.


2 teaspoons
1 teaspoon
3 tablespoons


1. Wash the radishes, and cut into your preferred shapes (4 even pieces, thin round slices, etc.)
2. Put the radishes and the ◆ ingredients into a plastic bag and refrigerate.
3. The water comes out from the radishes after 1 day, and turns pink. Leave the marinade in the fridge for 1 ~ 2 days and it's done.
4. Tip: The red color of the skin fades like this. If you don't like it, cut the radishes into thin round slices, or wait for 3 days so that all the red color fades.
