I stewed the daikon radish cooked in a microwave and thickly sliced pork belly with plenty of kimchi. It is very satisfying with rice!

Fry the pork well to let the fat melt, since it'll help the meat crisp up well. The pork in this dish will tend to be quite firm. If you like it very tender use your pressure cooker during Step 5.
