Warm Potato and Broccoli Salad

An easy, warm salad prepared with a savory dressing of olive oil and bacon.

Ingredients: 3-4 servings

3 medium
1 small
80 g
Olive oil
2 tablespoons
Krazy Salt (seasoned salt mix)
to taste
Coarsely ground black pepper
to taste
Lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon


1. Boil the broccoli to a firm-crisp state in salted water. Cut up the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and steam in the microwave. Cut the bacon into 1 cm wide pieces.
2. Sauté the bacon in the olive oil until crispy. This oil will be used in the dressing so don't reduce the amount.
3. Drain the boiled broccoli thoroughly. Mix the potatoes and bacon together and season with the Krazy Salt and black pepper. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
4. Mix in the oil used to saute the bacon, and it's done! The bacon is salty, so please taste while adding the Krazy Salt.
