Whole Wheat Pizza Dough in a Bread Machine

Bake a crunchy pizza crust with whole wheat flour. Top with whatever ingredients you prefer.

Ingredients: for 2 pizzas

Bread flour
200 g
Whole wheat flour
80 g
Olive oil
15 g
Sugar
8 g
Skim milk
6 g
Salt
5 g
Water
180ml
Dry yeast
2.8 g

Steps

1. Put everything except dry yeast in the bread pan. Put dry yeast in the yeast compartment, select dough-only setting and start.
2. Soon after the dough is prepared, take it out. Divide the dough into half with a scraper and shape it into balls. Cover with a moistened and tightly wrung out kitchen towel, and rest for 20 minutes.
3. Place the dough on parchment paper and roll it out into your desired sizes. Pierce the dough with a fork.
4. Spread pizza sauce and put on toppings and cheese, and bake it in the oven which is preheated at 180°C / 356F for 15 minutes.
