This is a tri-colour soboro rice bowl with chicken and egg soboro with the added green of spinach or komatsuna. The green vegetables makes this quite healthy too!

If you season the greens with soy sauce, firmly ring out excess liquid, and season again. This will avoid soggy greens and will taste delicious.
