Tri-colour Soboro Rice Bowl with Chicken Soboro

This is a tri-colour soboro rice bowl with chicken and egg soboro with the added green of spinach or komatsuna. The green vegetables makes this quite healthy too!

Ingredients: Serves 4

Warm cooked rice
4 bowlfuls
Chicken soboro

Egg soboro

Spinach (or komatsuna)
1/2 bunch
Soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon

Steps

1. Make the chicken soboro. Recipe ID: 1304320.
2. Make the egg soboro. See Recipe ID: 1304320.
3. Briefly boil the spinach (or komatsuna) in salted water. Drain and cut off the stems. Sprinkle with a little bit of soy sauce (not listed).
4. Wait about 5 minutes and then drain again, wringing out the water until dry. Cut the leaves into 8mm pieces and put into a bowl. Mix with soy sauce.
5. In a serving bowl, layer the bottom with rice, and arrange the chicken soboro, egg soboro, and spinach (komatsuna) on top.
