Story Behind this Recipe
This is my family's favorite go-to kinpira . My husband has even confessed, "As long as you have this you don't need a main dish"! I'm so proud of this recipe.
It's well seasoned so it's great in bentos. Add red chili pepper if you want to spice it up. It's also delcious made with lotus root, or using bacon instead of the ground meat. Adjust the seasoning to your taste. This is well seasoned to go with the meat. It's so great on plain rice!
