Spinach Roll Dressed in Sesame and Soy Sauce

Sesame and soy sauce dressing is a perfect match for spinach and nori seaweed.

Ingredients: 2 servings

1 bunch
Nori seaweed
3 sheets
Sesame Soy Sauce Dressing
Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
Roasted sesame seeds
1 tablespoon
1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon


1. Parboil the spinach in boiling water or wrap in plastic wrap and microwave for 3 minutes at 600W. Soak in water, then squeeze out the water.
2. While the spinach is in the microwave, combine the sesame and soy sauce dressing ingredients.
3. Lay sheets of nori as shown in photo, and place the spinach from Step 1 at one end.
4. Roll up the spinach.
5. After rolling the spinach, let it sit until it sets with the nori seaweed.
6. Cut sections at ends of each piece of nori, and then into six equal pieces.
7. Transfer to a serving dish.
8. Pour the dressing from Step 2 on top right before serving. Bon appetit!

My mother made this often when I was a child. They're spinach rolls.
