Coffee Jelly

Since this has lots of gelatin, it also has lots of collagen. Since the gelatin is softened, it's foolproof.

Ingredients: 4 to 6 small portions

Instant coffee granules
3 tablespoons
Water
500 ml
Sugar
80 g
Gelatin
about 8 to 10 g

Steps

1. This is the gelatin I used.
2. Soften the gelatin in 3 tablespoons of water (not listed). You just need to do this for a short time.
3. Put all the water in a pan and bring to a boil. Add the softened gelatin from Step 2 in 2 batches.
4. I used a rubber spatula this time, but you can use anything to stir the liquid well.
5. Add the instant coffee granules and sugar all at once. Mix some more, then turn off the heat and leave to cool.
6. Pour the liquid into molds, and chill until set in the refrigerator. Add some whipped cream to taste.
