Rice Bowl with Fish Sausage in Scrambled Eggs

Great to serve for breakfast. It's super-easy.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Fish sausage
Salt and pepper
A small amount
Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon
Hot cooked rice
1 bowl
Soy sauce
To taste


1. Slice the fish sausage in half lengthwise. Chop into half-moons of about 3 mm in width.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan, and grill the fish sausages. Season with salt and pepper. Add the egg and stir.
3. Turn the heat off when the egg is soft-set.
4. Serve rice into a rice bowl. Top with the scrambled eggs with fish sausages. Drizzle on soy sauce. Gobble up as you mix everything together!

Story Behind this Recipe

When I was in high school, I used to make breakfast and bentos for myself. That was when I thought of this recipe. I used to eat this all the time since it's easy and filling.
