The crispy-crunchy texture is irresistable! This is a simple stir fried potato dish. It has lots of potassium, so I recommend eating this when you feel a bit bloated.
This is easy, and also good when I'm rather bloated, or after getting a sunburn, so I make it a lot.
You can use vegetable oil instead of olive oil, rice vinegar instead of white wine vinegar, and chopped green onion instead of chopped parsley, and it will still be delicious!
