Crispy-Crunchy Stir Fried Potatoes.

The crispy-crunchy texture is irresistable! This is a simple stir fried potato dish. It has lots of potassium, so I recommend eating this when you feel a bit bloated.

Ingredients: 2 servings

2 medium
Olive oil
1 tablespoon
White wine vinegar
1 teaspoon
Rock salt
To taste
Black pepper
To taste
Finely chopped parsley
To taste


1. Peel, slice and julienne the potatoes. Rinse in a bowl of water while changing the water 2 to 3 times, and drain well
2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the julienned potatoes and stir fry briefly.
3. Add the vinegar and stir fry some more, then season with salt and pepper.
4. Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
