Strawberry Marshmallow Pocky

This is a simple decorative pocky recipe that uses store-bought marshmallows. How about giving them to some of your friends?

Chocolate petals
Recipe ID: 1579084

1. Make the chocolate petals beforehand. (Recipe ID: 1579084)
2. Melt the chocolate over a pan of hot water at approx. 50℃. Coat one side of the marshmallows with the chocolate.
3. Place the marshmallows on top of a sheet of baking paper and sprinkle over the toppings before the chocolate can set.
4. Once the chocolate has set, add a small amount of melted chocolate to the back of the marshmallows. Use the melted chocolate to stick the marshmallows to a stick of pocky. Once this chocolate has also set, they're ready.
5. 1 marshmallow weighs around 3 g and I used 21 of them. I used a pack of 7 thick sticks of crunchy strawberry pocky.

Story Behind this Recipe

I thought of this recipe after finding some cute marshmallow hearts in a dollar store.
Originally, I was going to skewer the marshmallows with the pocky but that didn't really work out so I stuck them on instead.
