Delicious Butter Soy Sauce Mushroom Pasta

The mushroom soaks up the buttery soy sauce.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Shiitake mushrooms

1 packet
Enoki mushrooms
1 packet
Spaghetti
250 g
Soy sauce
5 tablespoons
Salt
1/2 teaspoon
Pepper
To taste
White wine
3 tablespoons
Butter
3 knobs
Garlic
1 clove
Olive oil
5 tablespoons

Steps

1. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the minced garlic, then add mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper, and steam in white wine.
2. Toss in the cooked spaghetti, and add soy sauce and butter to taste. Swirl in a generous portion of olive oil in the end.
