Rye Bread for Sandwiches Using a Bread Maker

Crispy outside, fluffy inside. This is a perfect bread for sandwiches.
It's easy to shape the dough You could add dried fruits, sesame seeds or nuts.

Ingredients: 4 breads

Bread (strong) flour
200 g
Rye
50 g
Salt
5 g
Honey
5 g
Milk or water
160 g
Unsalted butter (cultured butter if possible)
20 g
Dry yeast
3 g
For finishing, bread flour
as needed

Steps

1. Put in all ingredients except into the bread maker (put the yeast into its compartment). Press start.
2. Remove the dough, divide into 4 portions, punch out the air. Rest for 15 minutes.
3. Roll into ovals, fold the top and the bottom into the centre, place the rolls joint down on a baking sheet, and rest again.
4. Sprinkle bread flour with a strainer. Make 3 slits on each. Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 200ºC. Done!!
5. I added dried fruits and walnuts and formed into spheres.
6. I added nuts and raisins and shaped them into hearts.
7. I baked this for 40 minutes at 180ºC. (Using a 10 cm cube bread tin) I am thinking of making a sandwich. What kind should I make??
