Ingredients: Makes 7~8 Buns

Your usual filling, or filling made from the following minced ingredients
Ground pork
100 g
Chinese or napa cabbage
1 leaf
Dried shiitake mushrooms
3 or 4 slices
The soaking liquid from rehydrating the shiitake mushrooms
4 tablespoons
Green onion or scallion
Secret ingredient

Soy sauce, sesame oil, Chinese soup stock granules
1 teaspoon each
Sugar, katakuriko
2 teaspoons each
Ginger, garlic
1/2 teaspoon each
Salt and pepper
