Garlic Pork Rice Bowl

A scrumptious garlic soy sauce flavored pork cubes on rice. The garlic and meat will give you a boost of energy.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Pork (block)
100 g
Salt and pepper
a little of each
Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon
☆Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
☆ Mirin
1 tablespoon
☆ Weipa or chicken soup stock granules
1/2 teaspoon
☆ Pepper
3 to 4 shakes
☆ Grated garlic
1 large clove
Chopped onion
2 tablespoons
White sesame seeds
2 tablespoons
Plain cooked rice
2 bowlfuls


1. Mix the ☆ ingredients together
2. Cut the pork into small cubes, and season lightly with salt and pepper.
3. Heat some oil in a frying pan and stir fry the pork until browned on the surface.
4. Lower the heat and add the combined sauce ingredients to the pan, and stir-fry.
5. Put the mixture on top of hot rice, sprinkle with sesame seeds and it's done.
