Stir-fried Pork with Shiso Leaves

Combine the fragrant aroma and of the shiso leaves with umami-rich pork.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Thinly sliced pork
250 g
*Some people add green pepper, bok-choy, and green shiso leaves for a different variation.

Shiso leaves dressing
2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
For finishing
Shiso leaves dressing
to taste


1. Chop the onion lengthwise about 5 mm in width.
2. Put pork, onion, and the marinade in a plastic bag and let sit.
3. Heat some oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the mixture. Taste when it's about 90% cooked, and add as much shiso dressing. Stir-fry thoroughly.
