Easy Shrimp with Mayonnaise Sauce (and Fluffy Eggs)

Don't worry if you don't have a lot of shrimp.
It becomes a filling dish when the eggs meet the sweetened milk sauce.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Peeled shrimp
10 (roughly 120 g)
Eggs
3
Salt
2 pinches
Cooking sake
1 teaspoon
Katakuriko
2 tablespoons
For the mayonnaise sauce:
Mayonnaise
3 tablespoons
Milk
2 tablespoons
Ketchup
1 tablespoon
Sugar
1 teaspoon
Lemon juice
A small amount

Steps

1. Rub salt and sake into the shrimp.
2. Coat with katakuriko.
3. Heat a decent amount of oil in a pan, and fry the shrimp. Transfer to a bowl.
4. Heat oil in a pan. Make fluffy scrambled eggs. Transfer to the same bowl.
5. Combine the ingredients for the mayonnaise sauce. Mix into the bowl with eggs and shrimp.

Story Behind this Recipe

I only had a small amount of shrimp. To make it more filling, I added scrambled eggs. Actually, it worked really well with the sauce, and became our family's regular dish.
