Corn Soup Made with Soy Milk

It's more delicious than the kind you can get at restaurants.

Ingredients: 4-6 servings

Canned creamed corn
1 large can (435 g)
Soy milk
200 ml
Heavy cream
200 ml
Consomme cube
about 3/4 of the can for the corn
Toppings to your liking
corn, etc.


1. Add the creamed corn and water to a pot, and turn on the heat.
2. When the mixture starts to simmer, add the soy milk.
3. When the mixture starts to simmer again, add the consomme cube.
4. Once the consomme is dissolved, add the heavy cream.
5. Top with corn if you like, and done.

My senior co-worker served me this soup at his house. It tasted just like the kind you get at restaurants, so I was pretty surprised.
I asked for the recipe right away.
It's absolutely delicious, and everybody will get addicted, too.
