Cook the celery leaves for 1~2 minutes in boiling water. If you cook them too long, you will lose the nice texture.
Turn off the heat, soak in cold water, and drain. Cut into small pieces.
Mix all the ★ ingredients, add the ingredients from Step 2, and mix some more.
Transfer the mix from Step 3 onto a plate and serve.
