Easy Strawberry Milk Pudding in the Microwave

This is an easy strawberry pudding you can make in the microwave.
Strawberries are so sweet and cute, I love them.

Ingredients: 4-5 pudding cups

100-120 g
40-50 g
300 ml
Heavy cream
50 ml
Gelatin powder
5 g


1. Soak the gelatin in 2 tablespoons of water.
2. Remove the stems from the strawberries and cut into 5 mm chunks. Place into a heatproof bowl and mix with the sugar.
3. Cover with a lid or plastic wrap and microwave at 500 W for 2:30.
4. Add the milk and heavy cream, mix, and microwave uncovered for 2-3 minutes.
5. Heat the soaked gelatin in the microwave for 10-20 seconds to melt.
6. Mix the gelatin into Step 4's bowl a little at a time.
7. Pour into pudding cups and let cool. Chill in the refrigerator for about 3 hours to firm and enjoy!
