Ingredients: 1 serving

Shirataki noodles
1 packet
Weipa
10 g
Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
Sesame oil
a small amount
Ra-yu
a small amount
Pepper
to taste
Hot water
300 ml
The toppings:
◆Green onion
◆Wakame seaweed
◆Corn
◆Sesame seeds
to taste

Steps

1. Parboil the shirataki noodles to eliminate their odor.
2. Add Weipa and soy sauce to the hot water to make the soup.
3. Add parboiled and drained shirataki noodles to the soup. Add sesame oil and ra-yu to taste, as well as the toppings of your choice, and it's done.
