Okara Cookies with Raisins

A simple recipe made in a single bowl!
Okara is rich in fiber and protein.
It's also high in minerals, to the raisins.
A perfect snack for those on a diet.

Ingredients: Roughly 18 cookies

Fresh okara
150 g
Pancake mix
100 g
Raisins
80 to 100 g
Sugar
10 g
Milk
3 tablespoons

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
2. Stir the okara and pancake mix in a bowl.
3. Add raisins and sugar. Mix some more.
4. Add the milk. Mix fully until moist.
5. For each cookie, scoop out 1 tablespoon of dough. Form into a ball and flatten.
6. Bake for 30 minutes in the 180°C (356°F) preheated oven.

I was trying to think of filling snacks to eat especially when hungry. That's how I came up with this recipe.
