Our Family's Milk Kanten Jello with Condensed Milk

Condensed milk makes this truly milky--the taste kids love.

Ingredients

Water
200ml
Milk
300 ml
Sugar
50g
Powdered kanten
4g (1 stick)
Condensed milk
1 tablespoon
Condensed milk for topping
as desired

Steps

1. In a pot, bring the water, kanten, and sugar to a boil for about 2 minutes.
2. Turn off the heat and add the milk and condensed milk.
3. Pour into a plastic container and cool in the refrigerator until set.
4. Cut into bite-sized pieces and top with condensed milk.
5. Add 1 teaspoon of instant coffee to the liquid mixture to turn these into cubes of café au lait jello.
