Easy Egg and Dairy-free Brownies

Just mix and bake! These microbiotic brownies are great right out of the oven or chilled.

Ingredients: 1 cake tin (15 x15 cm)

☆Cake flour
200 g
☆Cocoa powder
30 g
☆ Baking powder (aluminium-free, if possible)
1 teaspoon
100 ml
★Soy milk
120 ml
40 ml
★Beet sugar
75 g
a dash
a handful


1. Combine the ☆ marked dry ingredients, and sift into a bowl. Mix together the ★ marked ingredients in a separate bowl. Chop the walnuts.
2. Add the ★ liquid ingredient mixture to the ☆ dry ingredient mixture, and fold in with a rubber spatula. Pour into a cake tin, and level the surface. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
3. If an inserted skewer comes out clean, the brownies are done. Once cooled, remove from the cake tin, leave to cool and cut as desired.
