Rich and Delicious Tarako Spaghetti

Quick tarako spaghetti, made rich with the addition of milk. You can make this in a flash.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Tarako (mentaiko, spicy salt cured roe, is OK too)
2 (about 100 g)
5 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
Soy sauce
1 teaspoon
180-200 g
Shredded nori seaweed
As much as you like


1. Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling water.
2. Slice the tarako lengthwise, open it up and scrape out the insides with the back of a knife, removing the membrane. Reserve 1/4 of the tarako to use as decoration.
3. Put the milk and butter in a bowl and microwave for 40 to 50 seconds at 600 W to melt the butter.
4. Add the tarako and soy sauce and mix well.
5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce and mix well.
6. Serve with shredded nori seaweed and the remaining tarako (set aside earlier) on top.
