Cheese Cream Sauce

White sauce doesn't have enough flavor!
You can use this in casseroles, dishes prepared au gratin, lasagnas, pastas, and so on.

Ingredients: 2 servings (330 calories in the whole recipe)

10 g
All-purpose flour
10 g
200 ml
Pizza cheese
30 g
Salt and pepper
to taste


1. Put the flour and margarine in a heat-resistant bowl and microwave for 30 seconds.
2. Mix Step 1 well and add the milk little by little, then mix it in. Make sure that no lumps form!
3. Heat the bowl at 700 W for 2.5 minutes. Part way through, stir the mixture to prevent lumps from forming. It's alright if the sauce bubbles and thickens.
4. Add the cheese to Step 3 and mix it all together patiently in round motions until it melts.
5. Once you've seasoned the sauce with salt and pepper, it's finished.
