Pickled Plum and Shiso Omelette

The red of the plum and green of the shiso is really pretty.
Aromatic and nice to look at!

Ingredients: 2-3 servings

Eggs
2
Salted plum
1 (10 g)
Shiso leaves
2 leaves
Usukuchi soy sauce
1 teaspoon
Milk
1 teaspoon
Sugar
1 teaspoon
Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon

Steps

1. Mince the plum and finely chop the shiso.
2. Beat the egg, add all the ingredients and mix. Make sure the mayonnaise isn't lumpy.
3. Pour the egg mixture into an omelette pan in 2 batches. Cook through on a low to medium heat slowly. Be careful not to burn it.
