Baked Banana with Rum

I had a sudden craving for baked bananas...

Ingredients: 1 serving

Banana
1
Sugar
a pinch
Rum
a splash
Cinnamon
a dash
Butter
to taste
Peppermint leaves
for garnishing
Häagen-Dazs Rum Raisin ice cream
1 generous scoop

Steps

1. Add a generous amount of butter to a frying pan and add the banana (sliced into desired sizes) once the butter is 70% melted.
2. When the banana browns, add a small amount of sugar, then flambé the rum.
3. Scoop some Häagen-Dazs Rum Raisin ice cream on a plate, arrange the banana slices around the ice cream, garnish with a dash of cinnamon sugar and peppermint leaves, then serve.
