No Oil, Eggs, or Milk Easy Banana Cupcakes

These easy treats that are oil-free, egg-free, and milk-free.
This dish is good for snack, but also for breakfast They are nice and chewy.
It's a macrobiotic recipe.

Ingredients: for 6

☆Cake flour
150 g
☆Baking powder (preferably aluminium-free)
2 teaspoons
a pinch
★Soy milk
2 tablespoons
★Maple syrup
2 tablespoons
130 ml


1. Combine the ☆ ingredients in a bowl, and sift. Make 6 slices of banana for decoration, and cut the remaining banana into cubes.
2. Add the ★ ingredients and banana into the Step 1 bowl, and fold them in with a spatula. Pour the batter into the pan, and top with the banana slices.
3. Bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes at 180℃. Insert a bamboo skewer through a muffin to test it, and if it comes out clean, they should be done.
