A Hearty Dish! Stamina Pork Rice Bowl

The broth the pork is cooked in contains garlic and is delicious! Add lots of onions and gobble it up!


Warm cooked rice
a bowlful for each serving
Thinly sliced pork
300 g
3 medium
For the simmering sauce:
○Soy sauce
90 ml
70 ml
45 ml
2 tablespoons
150 ml
○Grated garlic
1 clove


1. Cut the onions into thin wedges. Cut the pork into 5 cm pieces.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pot, and sauté the pork. Add the onions once the pork has changed color, and sauté some more.
3. Once the onions have wilted, add all of the ○ broth ingredients, and boil down. Turn off the heat once half of the broth has evaporated.
4. Scoop rice into a rice bowl, then ladle Step 3 with the broth. Top with white sesame to taste.
